The student property cycle is based around the University Year with the majority of students renting from September to June. Students start looking for property at the start of February so it is important to get your property listed in time for demand.
Register now and have your property listed in time for January 2008. By registering early you get the rest of 2007 to target any students who have not yet rented property for the 2007-08 University year.
Landlords/ladys & Agents with less than 10 properties
Landlords/ladys & Agents with less than 10 properties can use the submission form to submit your individual properties. Simply fill in the form, add any pictures you may have and we will do the rest for you. You will receive an Owner's registration number and each property will be assigned a unique ID number which will send back to you. Alternatively please contact us if you require the forms in paper format and we will send you a full registration pack in the post. Please note, paper submissions can take up to 28 days before they appear on the website and do not qualify for the online discount.
Landlords/ladys & Agents with more than 10 properties
Landlords/ladys & Agents with more than 10 properties have access to their own control panel within Liverpool Student Accommodation. Your control panel is secure and enables you to add properties and images to the database much easier and quicker as well as having other website priviledges.
The control panel allows you to;
- Add new properties whenever you wish
- Edit existing properties if circumstances change
- Remove Properties from the listing that may have been rented
- Have a full working database of your property portfolio
- Add Pictures and Descriptions for each property
- Edit your contact details and information

How much does it cost?
If you register your property now you can have the remainder of 2007 FREE plus the whole of 2008 for the price of 1 year. Prices for a 12 month listing January 1st 2008 - December 31st 2008 are as follows:
